I have provided tools below this information to aid your bookings online. After reading such feel free to view below or pm me for assistance.

I am located in Perth Western Australia and all times booked will be in my time zone.

I have provided a time convertor in aiding your time of the session. I have provided a link below for more info.

After purchase, you will receive the following. A confirmation email, a notification on the day of the reading & or a SMS.

​

Within the booking info I have provided all links. It is your job to connect prior to the day of the booking if your selecting a Skype booking. I have offered my link for our smooth transition for such.

​

If you are not linked prior we have one hour slots with clients next. This can affect your booking. Once you add me I will pm you prior I will then call you.

 If you miss your slot after all has been provided. This does not mean I reschedule you. A missed booking is your responsibility, I make myself available for the session. 

​

Yildiz Readings 5D provide all links &  has designed this platform to support new clients. Time Zone Converters, Links, Emails, Disclaimers, SMS updates. Always be ready prior.

If for some reason I need to reschedule  due to issues on my end, I will discuss the session times with you for rescheduling. This will cost nothing on your end.

No shows do not receive a refund, I allocate y time and services at that time. This also takes from others. 

If I offer such on a one off a service fee of $80 will apply for reschedule of missed appointment's & rescheduling. 

 

 In general you will need to pay for a new session so please use our notifications for your support.
